The initiative was launched in response to rising prices that prevented many people from performing the ritual of sacrifice. With the support of our partners, we developed a collaborative model that transforms the crisis into an opportunity, achieving a win-win outcome for all stakeholders while preserving the dignity of the beneficiaries.

Initiative Governance and Transparency
Transparency is the foundation of trust. This section outlines the supervisory structure of the independent Board of Trustees that monitors operational progress, in addition to the legal and health guarantees provided.
Formation of the Initiative’s Board of Trustees
Full ownership of the sacrificed animal is transferred to the buyer. Contributions from benefactors are considered a “financial donation” that fulfills the customer’s religious obligation and grants them the full reward.
Supervised by veterinary doctors and nutrition specialists. Execution takes place at the main Jeddah slaughterhouse under the supervision of the municipality and the Ministry of Agriculture, with certified approvals.
The customer is provided with an official, signed, and stamped document from the beneficiary charity, including execution details to ensure reassurance and trust.
